Thom Widawski, CCIM
Thom entered the real estate profession in 1980 in Loveland Colorado. As Managing Broker of Verus Commercial, Inc., he has overseen over $240,000,000 in real estate transactions since the company was formed in 1993. His focus is in all aspects of Commercial Leasing, Sales and Investment Real Estate, with an emphasis on Investment Real Estate and Land Development. He has direct experience in land development, having developed several residential communities and commercial projects. In addition, a number of land and “build to suit” investments as well as “speculative” commercial buildings are a part of his resume.
Thom Widawski is a CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A thorough understanding of financial analysis, market analysis, and investment decision analysis is a requirement of this designation. Of the 1,100,000 real estate professionals in the United States, only 15,000 professionals currently hold the CCIM designation. Thom earned his CCIM designation in 1998 and is recognized as a knowledgeable real estate investment advisor with strong contacts in the Front Range Colorado market.

Olivia DeJana, Broker Associate
Olivia DeJana, Thom’s daughter, joined Verus Commercial, Inc. as a Real Estate Broker in 2015. Growing up in her family’s real estate business, Olivia’s interest in entrepreneurship, cultivating business relationships, and creative problem solving began at an early age. She brings a diverse background, including experience in the non-profit and public sectors. She prides herself on her ability to understand her client’s needs and work to find solutions that best fit their individual business objectives.
As a native Boulderite, Olivia specializes in commercial real estate in Boulder County, handling sales, leasing, and property management. Most recently, she was involved in successfully developing land in Lafayette for two national tenants, which included overseeing the construction of a “Build to Suit” retail building.
